Janel Grant, A person who work for WWE has filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon accusing him of multiple instances of sexual assault and sex trafficking. The plaintiff also claims that McMahon paid her to keep quiet about the incidents.

On Thursday, a federal court in Connecticut received a lawsuit filed by Janel Grant, in which she made unsettling accusations.

According to the lawsuit, Grant encountered McMahon in 2019 when she was at her lowest point. She explains that her parents had recently passed away and she was facing difficulties in securing employment.

According to her, she was introduced to McMahon by a mutual acquaintance, and he assured her that he would secure her a job in the WWE.

However, the lawsuit claims that while McMahon was securing her a low-level position at his company, he gradually started manipulating her with his “life-altering commitments” in order to pressure her into engaging in sexual activities.

According to Grant, she was informed of a job as a “legal administrator-coordinator” with a salary of $75,000 within McMahon’s wrestling organization. However, she claims that she was put in an impossible position by him, which led her to engage in sexual activities with him without her consent. She further states that she was afraid of facing negative consequences in her career and personal life, as well as legal retaliation, if she rejected his advances.

According to the lawsuit, Grant claimed that her assigned job required minimal effort. However, she was also given a secondary role in McMahon’s XFL in order to keep her occupied.

According to the lawsuit, Grant states that McMahon abruptly stopped treating her as a friend and mostly limited their interactions to sexting and discussing fantasies. She accuses him of pressuring her to send him explicit photos, which he would then share with others in the WWE. Shortly after, she claims that he enlisted other men to engage in sex trafficking with her.

According to the plaintiff, in May 2020, McMahon orchestrated a threesome involving herself, him, and her physical therapist. She states that he used the threat of losing their friendship as leverage for her participation. The plaintiff also alleges that during the encounter, McMahon defecated on her head but still insisted on engaging in sexual activities while she was covered in feces. She further claims that in the days after, McMahon texted her asserting his ownership and control over her sexual encounters.

According to the legal document, after a few months, McMahon enlisted the help of John Laurinaitis. Laurinaitis, who used to be a WWE star and currently held a high-level position within the company, was approached to join them.

According to Grant, McMahon allegedly pressured her into sending sexually explicit photos to Laurinaitis. In December 2020, she also claims that McMahon set up a sexual encounter between her and Laurinaitis.

According to her, after a few months, she was transferred to the WWE’s talent relations team where she was under the supervision of Laurinaitis. Upon being relocated, she mentioned in her legal complaint that both McMahon and Laurinaitis had an expectation for her to engage in sexual activities with Laurinaitis, both physically and through explicit content.

Grant alleges that she was instructed to offer herself as “breakfast” to Laurinaitis at a nearby hotel prior to beginning their work day. She further states that McMahon sent her a text that stated, “When he’s in town, I want him to have intercourse with you every morning and also later in the office.”

According to the speaker, the plans made her feel “unhappy and furious,” yet she was aware from her past interactions with McMahon that her attempts to cease these plans would either be disregarded or used against her to ruin her professional standing and character.

According to the lawsuit filed by Grant, she was allegedly raped in June 2021 in Laurinaitis’ office by McMahon and Laurinaitis. She asserts that at the beginning of the incident, she repeatedly said “No, no, no” and “Please stop,” but alleges that McMahon responded with “Take it, bitch.”

According to Grant, one week later, McMahon once again made advances towards her on a massage table at WWE’s main office. He then proceeded to give her $15,000 worth of gift cards from Bloomingdales.

According to the lawsuit, Grant claimed that McMahon took advantage of her to assist him in recruiting a WWE Superstar. The individual in question is identified as “a renowned sports figure and ex-UFC Heavyweight Champion” by the lawsuit. The Wall Street Journal revealed on Thursday that this person was Brock Lesnar.

According to the lawsuit, Grant alleges that McMahon instructed her to produce “customized sexual material” for the WWE Superstar. She also states that he promoted “a sexual rendezvous with her” to the wrestler in an attempt to renegotiate their booking agreement.

In the end, Grant asserts in her lawsuit that McMahon distanced himself from her in January 2022 because his wife, Linda McMahon, had discovered their relationship. Grant states that this ultimately resulted in McMahon requesting her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

According to the legal case, Grant agreed to receive $3 million in exchange for signing the NDA. However, she alleges that after receiving $1 million, McMahon failed to make any additional payments.

According to Grant, she has suffered from emotional distress due to the entire experience and is currently pursuing unspecified compensation. She is also requesting that a judge declares her non-disclosure agreement null and void.

At this time, there has been no public statement from McMahon, the WWE, or Laurinaitis regarding the lawsuit.
