Chloe Boullé has transformed her life, losing four dress sizes and 50 pounds. Her secret? A combination of Pilates, intuitive eating, and a healthy mindset.
Chloe Boullé, a 23-year-old Australian, found herself grappling with weight gain and binge eating during her teenage years. Her first job at a bakery introduced her to a world of pastries and pies, leading to an unhealthy increase in her weight. She grew from a size 16, weighing 194 pounds, by the age of 15.
“I didn’t understand what was happening. I didn’t have much desire to look good.”
The young content creator and part-time childcare support worker had a challenging relationship with food, which she attributes to her upbringing in a single-parent household where food was often scarce.
Binge eating quickly became a part of Boullé’s life, leading to a harmful cycle of excessive eating and restrictive dieting. She was often drawn to diets such as Keto and fasting, only to relapse after three to four weeks.
“I tried all the diets — Keto and fasting. I’d be consistent for three to four weeks, and then I’d snap back.”
It wasn’t until May 2023 that Boullé realized her relationship with food and her body was unhealthy. She discarded all the scales in her house and embraced intuitive eating, focusing on her hunger cues rather than obsessing over her weight.
Following her transformative decision to adopt intuitive eating, Boullé saw a marked change in her physique. She now wears a size 8 and estimates her weight to be around 143 pounds.

Her new lifestyle involves eating protein oats with blueberries for breakfast, salads with plant-based chicken for lunch, and taco bowls or vegetarian lasagna for dinner. She’s left behind her previous diet of cereal, Nutella toast, pies, sausage rolls, and fast food.
Boullé’s transformation isn’t just due to her changed eating habits. A significant part of her wellness journey is her commitment to Pilates. She attends a 5 a.m. reformer Pilates class five to six times a week.
“Exercise is now a celebration of what my body can do rather than a punishment. I feel alive.”
Pilates, a low-impact core workout, has helped Boullé appreciate her body and what it’s capable of achieving.
Boullé’s journey hasn’t been solely physical. She’s seen a massive transformation in her mental wellbeing as well. She practices meditation and has embraced self-love, feeling stronger than ever before.
“I feel strong now. I absolutely love myself.”
Her partner, Jovahn, and her family have noticed the incredible changes in her, both physically and mentally. They’ve been incredibly supportive of her journey.
Interestingly, Boullé’s facial structure has also changed dramatically due to her lifestyle modifications and her use of Gua Sha, a Chinese healing method that improves circulation.
“People online accused me of having facial reconstruction. It never bothered me.”
She overcame the cycle of binge eating and restrictive dieting, embraced intuitive eating, and discovered the joy of Pilates. Her transformation is not just physical but mental as well, proving that wellness is a holistic journey.
