Woman Faces off with Alligator in South Carolina While Walk With Dog
In an unexpected turn of events, a South Carolina woman encountered an alligator while walking her dog.
On the morning of the incident, the woman was taking her regular stroll with her pet dog. The routine walk took an alarming turn when she spotted an alligator lurking nearby.
"It was a normal day until we saw the alligator," the woman recalled.
The alligator was approximately 10 feet long, a size quite common for adult male alligators in South Carolina. These creatures are known to inhabit the region's marshes, swamps, rivers, and lakes.
The woman's initial reaction was one of disbelief, followed by fear. She quickly picked up her dog and began to slowly back away from the alligator, trying not to startle it.
