In a horrifying case that has shaken the Houston community, a woman has come forward after being held captive in a garage for nearly five years. The victim, whose identity remains undisclosed, has pressed charges against Lee Carter, a 52-year-old man who stands accused of aggravated kidnapping.
The nightmare began four to five years ago when the victim, then pregnant and panhandling in the Almeda Genoa area, encountered Lee Carter, also known as the rapper Viper.
