Tesla, a company that aims to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy, recently announced a recall for nearly 3,900 Cybertrucks. The reason for this recall is a potential issue with the vehicle's accelerator pedal. This problem could potentially cause the vehicle to speed up unintentionally, thereby increasing the risk of an accident.
The recall was triggered by a problem with the accelerator pedal pads in the Cybertrucks. These pads could potentially become dislodged, leading to the pedal becoming stuck by the interior trim, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
