Dr. Phil Takes On The Immigration Crisis At The Southern Border

Dr. Phil McGraw, renowned talk show host and therapist, has recently made headlines for his bold move to visit the Southern border in Texas. As part of his new primetime show, “Dr. Phil Primetime,” Dr. Phil took it upon himself to witness firsthand the unfolding immigration crisis that has gripped the nation.

Dr. Phil did not mince his words when he declared that the situation at the Southern border is a “humanitarian crisis unlike anything we’ve seen before.” His visit to the border aimed to shed light on the unfettered illegal immigration that has flooded the United States. According to Dr. Phil, more than six million illegal immigrants have crossed the Texas Southern border in just three years, surpassing the population of 33 states in the country.

The record-breaking influx of migrants has put immense pressure on Texas officials and the federal government to find a solution. December alone witnessed a staggering 302,000 incidents of encounters with border officers, further exacerbating the already strained relationship between the two entities.

Known for his no-nonsense approach, Dr. Phil did not shy away from criticizing President Biden’s immigration policies. He specifically called out Vice President Kamala Harris, dubbing her the “Immigration Czar,” and expressing disappointment in her lack of action since assuming the role. Dr. Phil highlighted that Vice President Harris has only visited the border once, leaving many to question her commitment to addressing the crisis.

Dr. Phil’s scathing review of his trip included a spotlight on the sharp rise in illegal migration crossings and the federal government’s response. He emphasized that Texas law enforcement has seized over 454 million lethal doses of fentanyl during their mission to control the border. Governor Abbott of Texas accused President Biden of breaking the pact between the federal government and the states, leading to a humanitarian crisis that is draining taxpayer dollars and compromising border security infrastructure.

The clash between Texas and the federal government reached new heights as the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Biden administration, granting agents permission to continue cutting the razor wire set up by Texas. However, Texas has remained steadfast in reinforcing the border, defying the administration’s demand to vacate the Shelby Park area.

The ongoing legal battle between the state and federal government has sparked speculation about the potential escalation of tensions. Some have even suggested the possibility of a civil war or Texas seceding from the Union. Despite the Supreme Court decision, Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick urged President Biden to de-escalate the situation and respect the state’s right to defend itself and the country.

In the midst of the border crisis, House Republicans unveiled two articles of impeachment against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. The articles accuse Mayorkas of willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law, as the influx of migrants continues unabated. The crisis has raised concerns among national security experts, who warn of the increased risk of a terrorist attack due to the lax immigration laws.

Former FBI and Homeland Security officials penned a scathing letter to Congressional leaders, highlighting the danger posed by the influx of young single adult males from hostile nations. The lack of information about their backgrounds, intent, or allegiance raises significant security concerns. As tensions escalate, the nation awaits a resolution to the immigration crisis that has reached a boiling point.
