Kim Kardashian’s first interview after Taylor Swift’s controversial track ‘TTPD’

Kim Kardashian's First Interview After Taylor Swift's Controversial Track 'ttpd'

Kim Kardashian, the queen of reality television, recently made her first public appearance since the release of Taylor Swift’s contentious track, ‘TTPD’. In her interview on the popular late-night show, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Kardashian seemed unaffected by the ongoing feud, stating optimistically that “life is good”.

Taylor Swift, the pop sensation, dropped her much-anticipated track ‘thanK you aIMee’ that has ruffled feathers in the celebrity world. The track allegedly targets Swift’s past relationships and the ongoing tussle with Kardashian. Still, the reality star managed to sidestep any direct confrontation during her interview.

Kardashian, 43, appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! post the release of Swift’s album, The Tortured Poets Department. The late-night show host, Jimmy Kimmel, refrained from delving into the controversial topic during his conversation with Kardashian.

The entrepreneur showcased her brand Skims’ Ultimate Nipple Bra during the interview and talked about her childhood experiences of living in Madonna’s neighborhood. The mogul appeared carefree on stage, dressed in a stylish leather dress and heels, her hair styled in soft waves.

Some of Kimmel’s YouTube subscribers expressed disappointment over the lack of questions regarding Swift’s diss track, calling it a “missed opportunity.” However, others speculated that Kardashian’s PR team might have requested Kimmel to avoid such topics.

Swift’s recent release of her “secret double album” of 31 tracks seemingly targeted her exes, including Joe Alwyn, Matty Healy, and John Mayer. The song ‘thanK you aIMee’ became a viral hit due to its title’s capitalization, which fans interpreted as a reference to Kardashian.

Swift and Kardashian’s feud dates back to 2016 when Kanye West, Kardashian’s ex-husband, released the song ‘Famous’ where he referred to Swift as “that bitch.” Swift criticized the lyric, leading to a public feud when Kardashian released a phone call as alleged proof that West had Swift’s permission for the lyric.

Following the release of Swift’s diss track, Kardashian reportedly lost over 100,000 Instagram followers. The reality star has been in the limelight for her ongoing feud with Swift since 2016.
